i'm not really sure what you're asking
Maybe the question is: "What do you do to boost your confidence>?" Would that be what you're asking? *smile*
I think depending on the type of person you are, an idea would be, if you're not feeling very confident, to talk with someone who can listen and be encouraging. But there are also people who would need someone to really be blunt with them, as they would take that as a challenge to succeed.
The second one doesn't help me, since I tend to be critical of myself already which is bad enough, but the first one is more helpful to me because to me, it shows that someone cares enough to try understanding where I'm coming from when their helping to encourage me to do something. Another way, which works with both situations or alone, would be to help yourself by looking at what you've learned from past experiences and apply that to the new ones, and also to look at the qualities that make you unique.
The title of the board leaves a lot open to interpretation. I take it that it means something like:
When you boost your confidence you, feel a greater sense of peace and happiness, are less worried about what others think of you, no longer feel the overwhelming need to have others approve of your every action, feel more in control of your life and your destiny... Is that what you're looking for? It looks to me more like a fill in the blank sort of sintence. I'm a bit confused.
